Service

HealthX supplies reference materials used by ChatGPT to generate descriptive dashboards. It is intended for adults using data they are authorized to access. It does not provide a medical device, diagnosis, treatment, emergency service or guaranteed clinical interpretation.

Your use

Choose appropriate summaries inside ChatGPT, review generated values against the source, and respect the privacy and rights of other people. Do not attempt unauthorized access or send health records or credentials to this MCP.

Availability and accuracy

ChatGPT and source integrations control generation and data access. Display details and generation time can vary. Gaps in records must not be treated as zero measurements. A working dashboard does not establish that every source record is complete or clinically meaningful.

Cost and changes

HealthX does not process payments. ChatGPT or third-party service subscriptions may be separate. The service and these terms may be updated; material changes will be described on this page with a new effective date.

Other policies and rights

OpenAI and Cloudflare services have their own applicable terms and policies. These terms do not remove rights or protections that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.
