Common questions

No Health data: provide summaries you are authorized to use in the conversation. The MCP itself cannot retrieve or import Health records.

Generation takes time: ChatGPT creates the dashboard per conversation. Timing varies by model. The first render and subsequent local interactions have different costs.

Explore in chat: the button asks the ChatGPT host to show a follow-up confirmation. Confirm it to send the selected context into the same conversation.

Data corrections: manage source records and authorizations in the source app or ChatGPT Health. HealthX has no ingestion or record-editing tools.
